Once an order is placed on Giftcraftzone.in, it cannot be cancelled at any stage. Since most of our products are customized and prepared specifically for each customer, we generally do not entertain cancellation requests after an order has been confirmed.

To request a return or replacement, customers must record a clear unboxing video of the parcel as proof. This video is mandatory to help us verify that the return request is genuine.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged
The wrong product has been delivered
If your order falls under any of the above conditions, you may return the product to the seller’s address using the same courier service or any other suitable courier service.
Customers must also send:
The unboxing video proof
Courier Air Way Bill Number (AWB)

Once the returned product and proof are verified successfully, the refund will be processed within 2 (two) business days.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or preferred refund mode within 2 business days after successful verification of the returned item.
